江蘇省血液中心成立于1985年7月，為江蘇省衛生健康委員會直屬公益性事業單位，是集采供血、輸血科研、輸血技術服務、輸血新技術應用與推廣為一體的專業機構。多年來，中心緊緊圍繞“保障臨床供血、保障用血安全、促進采供血事業健康持續發展”這一目標，以獻血者為中心，著力提高采供血服務水平，加強業務能力建設、單位文化建設、人才隊伍建設，黨風廉政和職業道德建設，充分發揮引領作用，上下一心，開拓奮進，先后獲得“江蘇省文明單位”、“江蘇省五一勞動獎狀”、“江蘇省模范職工之家”、“全國青年文明號”等榮譽稱號。 Established in July 1985，Jiangsu Blood Center (JSBC) is a public welfare institution directly under Jiangsu Commission of Health. It provides services of blood collection and supply, blood transfusion related research and technical service, as well as application and promotion of new transfusion technologies. Over the years, with the purpose of "ensuring the supply and safety of clinical blood , and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of blood collection and supply", JSBC has focused on improving the service of blood collection and supply, strengthening the construction of professional ability, corporate culture, talent team, conduct of Party and professional ethics. Therefore, JSBC has been awarded as Provincial Civilized Establishment, May Day Labor Certificate owner and National Youth Civilization Sample, etc. which makes it the role model of the industry.         中心組織機構健全，工作職責明確，設有質量管理科、獻血服務科、體采科、機采科、成分制備科、檢驗科、供血室、消毒供應科、輸血研究室9個業務科室和6個職能科室�，F有在崗職工220名，其中專業技術人員183名（博士3名、碩士27名），高級職稱37名，中級職稱61名。 JSBC has set up 6 functional departments and 9 operational departments, including Quality Management, Blood Donation Service, Whole Blood collection, Apheresis Collection, Component Preparation, Blood Screening, Blood Supply, Disinfection and supply, and Blood Grouping Research, which ensure its organizational integrity and responsibility definition. There are 220 current employees, including 183 professionals (3 PhDs, 27 masters), 37 of whom are with senior professional titles and 61 with medium grade titles.       中心主要負責駐寧部、省屬及部隊醫療機構的臨床供血，為臨床提供紅細胞、冰凍血漿、血小板、冷沉淀凝血因子、輻照血等血液品種，同時為臨床提供疑難配血、血型參比、抗體篩查、基因分型等輸血技術服務。擁有17個固定獻血點（屋），3輛新能源鋰電池采血車，1輛鋰電成分血采血車，每年為10萬多人次獻血者提供服務，為臨床供血35噸左右。 JSBC mainly provides clinical blood supply for provincial hospitals and military medical institutions in Nanjing. The blood products provided include red blood cells, frozen plasma, platelets, cryoprecipitate coagulation factor and irradiated blood. In addition, transfusion technical services such as special blood matching, blood typing, unexpected antibodies screening and genotyping are also provided. There are 17 fixed blood donation sessions, 3 new energy resource blood collection vehicles and 1 platelet apheresis collection vehicle powered by lithium batteries, serving over 100,000 blood donors per year and collecting approximately 35 tons of blood.        中心認真履行省級血液中心職能，牽頭開展全省采供血機構聯合內審、開放性課題招標、室間質評、崗位技能競賽、專業技術培訓等；協助省衛健委召開全省無償獻血工作聯席會辦公室成員會議、全省血站站長會、全省血液應急保障等工作會議；在省衛健委的指導下，協助省總工會、省文明辦、省委省級機關工委、省國資委等有關行政部門出臺一系列推動無償獻血工作的文件，配合國家衛生健康委、省人大常委會教科文衛委調研江蘇無償獻血工作并積極參與《江蘇省獻血條例》的修訂及實施，為促進全省無償獻血工作持續發展發揮了應有的作用。 In order to perform the functions of provincial blood center, JSBC has organized the joint internal audit, research project bidding, external quality evaluation, technical skill competition, professional training, etc., among blood establishments in Jiangsu. It has also assisted the Health Commission of Jiangsu to hold members meetings of the provincial Joint Meeting on voluntary Blood donation, leadership meetings of blood establishments in Jiangsu and provincial blood contingency meetings, etc. In addition, under the guidance of the Health Commission of Jiangsu, JSBC has cooperated with the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Civilization Office of Jiangsu, Working Committee of provincial Party committee and provincial organ, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jiangsu Province to issue a series of documents to facilitate blood donation; cooperated with the National Health Commission, the Education, science, culture and Health Commission of the Standing Committee of the provincial people's Congress to investigate the work of voluntary blood donation in Jiangsu province and participate in the revision and implementation of the Regulations on Blood Donation in Jiangsu Province, which plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of blood donation in Jiangsu province.        中心與法國血液中心、南京醫科大學等建立友好合作關系，在血液預警、輸血安全技術、經血傳播傳染病防控、采供血信息共享、血小板病毒滅活等領域開展合作，不斷提升中心科研水平，多個研究項目獲獎。中心先后獲國家自然科學基金、江蘇省科技廳、江蘇省衛生健康委等多項課題立項；獲得江蘇省醫學科技獎、江蘇省醫學新技術評估獎、江蘇省預防醫學會科技獎、南京市科學技術進步等多個獎項。 In terms of scientific research, JSBC has established friendly and cooperative relations with many organizations, such as Blood Center of France and Nanjing Medical University, in fields of haemovigilance, safe blood transfusion technology, prevention and control of transfusion transmitted infections, information cloud sharing and virus inactivation of platelet products, which constantly enhances its own level.
